Holistic living means treating all of you. It means slowing down enough to listen to what your body is really asking for. It means choosing practices that restore rather than deplete.
This is your invitation to care for yourself the way you care for others with intention, presence, and love.
I've been walking the path of yoga for 15 years, and teaching it for 8 and honestly, it's taught me just as much as I've taught others.
When you step into my class, you're not walking into a performance. You're walking into a space that's been held for you with care, with presence, and without any pressure to be anything other than yourself. My role is simply to guide you, and to listen. Yoga, to me, is a lifelong companion something that carries you through the big moments and the quiet ones alike. When we practise together, something special happens, a community forms and it’s built on warmth, on showing up, and on never feeling like you have to do it alone.
I teach what I practise. I show up as I am. And I'll always be there hands ready, heart open.

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage — Level 1 & 2 -AYM Institute
A holistic, full-body approach that combines traditional Ayurvedic massage techniques with deep tissue work, assisted yoga stretches, and breathwork. Levels 1 and 2 build a comprehensive understanding of working with the body as a whole — physically, energetically, and therapeutically.
Deep tissue, cupping & therapeutic massage -London School of Massage
Clinical training in deep tissue massage for targeting chronic muscle tension and postural imbalances, cupping therapy for myofascial release and improved circulation, and therapeutic massage techniques for injury recovery and relaxation. This training gave me strong anatomical grounding and hands-on clinical skills.
Pre & postnatal massage -Suzanna Jankovic Specialist training in safe and nurturing massage for pregnant and postpartum clients, covering the physical and emotional changes at each trimester, positioning, contraindications, and postnatal recovery. This training enables me to offer deeply supportive touch during one of the most transformative times in a person's life.
